Advantages

Modular homes are built with an industrialized system. This gives us various ADVANTAGES compared to traditional or prefabricated houses:

Industrialized Construction vs. Traditional
  • Deadlines reduced : three months since foundation.
  • Closed Prices.
  • More efficient systems involving saving up to 85% in heating expenses.
  • Expandable in the future by adding new modules.
  • Higher precision in their construction, avoiding the classic mistakes that make deadlines delay and prices raise .

Industrialized Construction vs. Manufactured
  • Personalization of your house by combining modules and adapting distributions.
  • Expandable in the future by adding new modules.
  • The industrialized process allows more spacious and bright rooms.
  • Used as first home.
  • They considered as real estate and, therefore, clients can ask for a mortgage loan.

These advantages are due to the differences existing in the construction process:

Industrialized Housing

Manufactured home

Personalization

Created to suit each client by combining modules to your liking

Chosen by catalog without possibility of changes

Flexibility

Can be expanded by adding new modules some years after construction

They can not be expanded over time, when customer needs change

Large and open spaces

Unlimited size. Spacious and bright rooms.

Size limited because of the difficulty of its transportation

Used as first home

Used as second homes

The following table summarizes the ADVANTAGES OF INDUSTRIALIZED BUILDING COMPARED TO TRADITIONAL CONSTRUCTION:

Industrialized construction

Traditional construction

Manufacturing

Production in factories

The workshop moves to jobsite

Precise finishing

Errors of placing

Production

Manufactured parts are transported and assembled

Parts are assembled on ground

Three or four months for completion

One year or two for completion

Closed Prices

Large variations in price

Quality of materials

The latest and most efficient materials

Traditional heavy materials with a lower quality

Clean air system

Traditional ventilation systems

Tailored prices

The customer gives his budget and we adapt the house to that amount

A budget is imposed on the customer, and it tends to increase as the process goes on

PASSIVHAUS SYSTEM

Passive House is characterized by quantifying parameters such as isolation, tightness and air renewal, achieving significant energy-saving systems and sustainability in construction. With this construction system, up to 90% Power can be saved in reggards to constructions previous to CTE (Technical Building Code), and up 75% compared to buildings made according to the criteria established in the CTE.

DRY ARCHITECTURE

AIRO Modular design is inspired by a RATIONAL CONCEPTUAL architecture and simple blocks and resounding, but with high quality finishes and features. The elements with which the building is constructed are industrial elements, to optimize time and improve finished, in a process that could be defined as Dry Architecture.

CLEAN AIR SYSTEM

AIRO carries out the execution and control of the integration and implementation of new ventilation systems. This is to have a total environmental control of interior spaces providing clean air (Clean Air), and healthy rooms, to prevent many of the problems caused by allergy to dust, mites and pollens.
